Authority to purchase
The buyer represents that they are at least 18 or the age of majority where they live, administer the named Discord server, and have authority to enter this agreement.
Pricing and renewal
NOMA is currently in private beta and does not accept public sales or new charges. Pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be finalized before paid launch.
Removing the bot and canceling
Removing the bot from Discord does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased outside Discord. To stop the next charge, cancel through the management page opened by /billing. If the operator ends the service, the unused period is handled under applicable law and these terms.
Cancellation, refunds, and outages
You can cancel at any time and keep access through the current paid period. Customer-initiated cancellation is not prorated unless required by law. Report duplicate or incorrect charges to support within seven days of discovery. If NOMA is continuously unavailable for 48 hours or more due to a cause within NOMA's control, you may request a prorated refund for the outage or an extension of service. If the operator removes NOMA during a paid period, the unused period will be refunded pro rata. A payment provider may make a refund decision under its terms or applicable law, and that decision applies. Discord's Refund Policy also applies to purchases made through Discord. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Fair Use
To maintain reliable service, NOMA applies a monthly translation allowance and rate limits per server. New translations pause until the next month after the limit is reached, with no overage charge.
The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. No fixed translation count is guaranteed; longer messages, more context, and more target languages use it faster. At the limit, new paid processing stops and no overage is charged.
Prohibited activity
- Automated or bulk traffic intended to increase service load
- Bypassing authentication, exploiting vulnerabilities or accessing another server's data
- Use for unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing activity
Translation quality
AI translations may be wrong. Do not use NOMA as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency decisions.
Material plan or price changes
When a plan or price changes materially to your disadvantage, NOMA will normally give at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal and an opportunity to cancel. If a core feature cannot be provided during an already-paid period, NOMA will offer an equivalent replacement, a service extension, or a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
Suspension and changes
NOMA may suspend or change functionality where needed for security, outages, policy violations, non-payment or third-party service changes.
Contract language and local rights
Until qualified review is complete, the Japanese version is authoritative and the English and Simplified Chinese versions aid understanding. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not limited.
