What is NOMA?
NOMA is a natural translation bot for Discord. It keeps the original message and automatically translates only into needed languages using conversation context, terminology, humor, and tone.
Does every member need to learn commands?
No. After the one-time admin setup, members choose a language with buttons and menus.
Does it support more than Japanese, Chinese and English?
Yes. French, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, German, Korean and Indonesian are also supported.
Will translations flood the channel?
One or two translations appear automatically. Only the third and later languages are grouped into a menu.
Can staff handle support in another language?
Yes. Built-in Multilingual Support tickets privately translate between the requester and the support team. NOMA only translates tickets it created.
Does NOMA need Administrator permission?
No. It uses read/reply permissions plus Create Private Threads and Send Messages in Threads for support. It does not request Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Kick, or Ban.
How much does NOMA cost?
Community costs USD 6.99 per Discord server per month. There are no overage charges after the monthly allowance is reached.
