Information we process
- Discord server, channel and user IDs
- Primary language, category, game settings and Server Dictionary
- Usage totals such as translation count and error events
- The target message and the minimum recent context needed for translation
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform the service contract, secure the service, prevent abuse, resolve incidents, and meet legal obligations. Where local law requires consent or a legitimate-interest assessment, we follow that requirement. Message content is not used for advertising or for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
NOMA does not store raw Discord message content long-term. Recent Context stays only in volatile Gateway memory, up to eight messages, and disappears on restart. A small allowlist of safe, common translations may be cached briefly.
Third-party processing
The message, minimum context and relevant terminology are sent to the configured AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic). After billing opens, Stripe processes payment information. NOMA does not store card numbers.
International processing
Discord, Cloudflare, the configured AI provider, and the payment provider may process information outside your country. We use the contractual and organizational safeguards required by applicable law.
Deletion and contact
After removing the bot, you may request deletion of server settings and identifiers, subject to short operational retention. Do not include secrets or message content in a support request.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support with the server ID and your request; we ask only for the minimum information needed to verify it.
